Privacy Policy
Elevated Accounting & Finance ("we," "us," "the firm") is a Certified Public Accounting firm and Registered Investment Advisor. Elevated AI is our technology service, including the Accounting Insights product available at elevatedaccounting.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it — including information collected through the Accounting Insights product and our text message (SMS) program.
Information we collect
- Contact information you or our staff provide, including your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Account and financial information you provide to us or authorize us to access in the course of providing accounting, tax, and advisory services — including the live bookkeeping data the Accounting Insights product reads to produce your insights.
- Message content and metadata when you communicate with us by text message, including the messages you send and receive and basic delivery information (timestamps, delivery status).
How we use your information
- To provide accounting, tax, financial planning, and related professional services you have engaged us for.
- To operate the Accounting Insights product — reading your live books and turning them into plain-language guidance and account information for you.
- To communicate with you about your account — including, if you have consented, by SMS to answer account questions (such as balances and transaction status) and to send transactional account notifications.
- To meet our professional, legal, and regulatory obligations.
We use your information only for the purposes described above. Messages sent through our SMS program are transactional account communications, not marketing.
SMS / text messaging consent
We send text messages only to clients who have provided explicit, opt-in consent. Consent is collected through a web form in our secure client portal: under Settings → Text message updates, you enter your mobile number and check a box affirmatively agreeing to receive transactional account-related text messages from Elevated Accounting LLC at that number. The consent screen discloses that messages are transactional (not marketing), that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and it links to our SMS Terms and this Privacy Policy. We record each consent with a timestamp, and no number is enrolled without this recorded opt-in. Providing this consent is optional and is not a condition of any service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity.
How we share information
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the firm and deliver services (for example, our messaging provider and the infrastructure behind the Accounting Insights product), and only as needed for them to perform those services, or where required by law.
How we protect information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. Access to client information is limited to authorized personnel.

You may contact us at any time to review your information, update it, or ask questions about this policy, using the contact details above. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
